Before we get into this life changing book I would first like to thank all the people who've helped me get to where I am today. Thank you so much for your support, but most of all, thank you so much for your friendships. I would also like to acknowledge all the people I'm going to be helping, including the people who don't know me - welcome. To the people I love -- you're welcome. And for the people who have never liked me yet insist on checking my profiles -- you are welcomed. I realized that everything I share will go into the hands of many different people including people who are resentful. However as an adult I'm responsible for making adult decisions. For that reason alone I'm happy to share my knowledge with everyone, especially those who selfishly wish I had none at all. Now lets get into the real reason you're here.

Changing your eating habits can be tough especially if you're someone like myself who uses food as a mini getaway. I would say majority of my life i've struggled with my eating habits mostly because of stress and anxiety. My childhood basically consisted of me suppressing my emotions with food. As a child I wouldn't gain a pound - as an adult all the food I eat goes to all the wrong places. I'm talking about arms, legs, back, and stomach. In one of the Austin Power movies the character Fat Bastard says "I'm fat because I eat, and I eat because I'm fat". All too relevant.
I have experienced all types of yo-yo dieting and self loathing. But one can only remain in the same place for so long until either going completely mad or making a lifestyle change. So a lifestyle change I decided to make and below are some of my favourite foods that have helped me stay on the road to becoming and staying fit! Fighting off the fat craving sugar monster on a daily basis can be difficult but where there is a will there is a way! And remember! You don't have to stay away from all your favourite foods! Enjoy them here and there but start taking advantage of these products I've shown you as your everyday supplements to success.
Whenever I want something sugary and fatty (every second of my life) I'll use 1/4th dry mix, adding first a couple tbsp's of water, whisk, and secondly 1 to 4 egg whites, whisk. Spraying pan with sometimes Pam olive oil, sometimes Pam coconut oil. TIP: I wouldn't recommend using the egg yolk. It gives the pancakes a foamy texture. Yuck. Stick with whisking water first into the dry mix and then secondly adding egg whites. When its finally cooked to perfection i'll top it off with the syrup below. Personally I think these pancakes are waaayyy better than any pancake I've ever had. Seriously. If you're struggling with your eating habits use this as your pancake meal replacement. You won't regret it!
The trick to loosing weight is slowly inching your way to cutting out all foods that are helping you gain weight. People forget that coconut oil is still fat. Nuts are all still fat and avocados are still fat. A lot of the food we consume is fat or sugar. Carbs aren't the problem, its fat and sugar who are the culprits. Switching from just pouring a bit of oil into the pan to pam has helped me cut a tremendous amount of un wanted weight.
Amino acids are essential when it comes to maintaining and gaining muscle mass! Get rid of the processed fruit punch and get ready to indulge yourself in All Max Fruit Punch Blast. Adding half a scoop to ice cold water usually once after every meal or during a workout. Or whenever I just want a sugary drink!
I'll use this chocolate syrup to lightly top the rice cakes below for some extra chocolate goodness. Or like an incredible friend of mine once showed me, I'll drizzle a bit on top of my frothy protein shake. I wouldn't recommend using too much of this syrup - unlike the pancake syrup it doesn't taste exact. More like a reminisce of chocolate.
These rice cakes are the perfect quick fix to any hangry person. I keep these in my kitchen (obviously), car, my purse, my boyfriends office, my grandmothers house. Pretty much any place I regularly go. I never want to end up eating something that goes against my goals or not eating at all. So I keep these suckers around for those special occasions.
And there you have it! A list of foods that will help you fight your cravings. People don't say fight your cravings for nothing you know! Anyone who wants change with their eating habits literally has to put up a fight with their cravings. So enjoy! And eat all these choices with guilt free enthusiasm.
